Yes, ours also. November 9th. My son was outside raking the leaves when he went to the back of the house smoke was pouring out of the upstairs windows. The fire started with a power strip in the downstairs kitchen. My handicapped mother-in-law lived down there. Luckily she had left that morning to visit a relative out of town. We lost just about everything out of the house and the house was torn down two weeks ago. Nobody was hurt and the rest of it is just stuff that can be replaced. State Farm has been fantastic!!!

Yep. Mine. A power strip under the bed in the master bedroom shorted out/arced. The whole room was engulfed in minutes. Luckily just my husband was home and was outside when it started. I was at work and our kids were at their grandparents for a sleepover during school vacation week. He got the dog out, the fire fighters found the cat (ALIVE!!) in the basement at the end of it all. We lost three hampsters and some fish...and everything we owned. State Farm has been fantastic!!

I was very young, but the house next door to mine burned down at about 2am. The neighbor's daughter left a candle burning then left the house. No one was injured, not even the dog! The fire department go there very quickly.
