It may come as a surprise to hear, but the landscaping in your yard has an impact on your home security. Considering how frequently break-ins occur in the United States, some simple changes to your yard’s layout might be in order.

You can reduce the number of hiding spots around your house by keeping hedges and bushes trimmed. Cutting down tree branches close to your roof or windows is another way to limit opportunities for forced entry.
